We got the peach, plum, and pie cherry trees planted the evening they arrived. Best looking three foot longs sticks I’ve ever seen.
The blueberry and cranberry bushes waited patiently for the wind whipped rain to die down before we could get out and plant them today.
The many, many strawberry plants are mostly still waiting. 50 plants, 3 acres, and no existing garden beds has left us with way too many decisions to make about where to plant.
On the plus side, we’ve discovered that our new 150ft hose will reach just about anywhere on our property. Making watering in all these new plantings much easier.
