We’ve been working all month on taking new photos for our Etsy shop. Bright, spiffy photos using our new, super lo-fi set up. It consists of a board painted gray, a window, and indirect light. Oh, and a cat in a box.
Our shop is slowly looking more coherent. We’ve celebrated 50 sales. Every month we make a little more money than the month before (almost enough to cover our electric bill). Somedays it really feels like we’re running a business here!

You are so talented! I have to go check if my second order ever went through. This post made me realize it never came in the mail nor did I hear from you about it. Never a good sign when it comes to Nicola and technology.

As I bought two of the cards above, seeing how they were photographed now makes them even more endeared to me. They were intended as gifts but now I am reluctant to part with them…
