locations of Little Alexander orders

We love how international Etsy is.

It is full of the shops of artists and crafters from around the globe, and its audience is global as well.

We keep a map of everywhere we send Little Alexander orders to. You might not be shocked to learn that the United States and Europe are best represented (we’re shipping out our first order to Norway this week!). But we’ve gotten a lot of attention from Australia recently, and enough pins in the non-Western world to make us excited.

The community built up around Etsy is international, too. Lots of us keep blogs of our lives, and it is fascinating to see all of the interweaving common interests and differences between those of us in the Etsy world. We’ve recently connected with Nicole, a crafter down in New Zealand who, like us, keeps an Etsy shop and chickens. She uses her blog sometimes to do features of others in the Etsy community and there’s currently an interview with us on her site. Check it out here, and then oooh and aaah at her lovely chickens here.

  • I agree with Mike. My favorite question was “Where will you be in 10 years?” I laughed right out loud when I read the question – as I’m betting you did too.

  • What a great interview. I wonder if sara has tried the shaving cream on the table with the boys?
